2. Commercial Use License (Available Upon Request):

• A commercial license must be purchased separately for business or promotional use.

• Commercial use includes but is not limited to: office décor in a business, use in advertisements, marketing materials, or product packaging.

• The license is non-transferable and cannot be sublicensed without prior approval.

3. Copyright & Ownership:

• The photographer retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the image(s).

• Purchase of a print does not grant ownership of the image or permission to alter, edit, or create derivative works.

4. Digital Use & Reproduction:

• Scanning, copying, or reproducing the image in any manner is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized digital use, such as uploading to social media or websites without permission, is not allowed.

5. Custom Licensing:

• If you require a special licensing agreement (e.g., extended commercial use, editorial publication), please contact us for a tailored agreement.
